Carolina Urrea holds the title as Miss Santa Monica USA 2016.  She will be competing for Miss California USA on December 6, 2015.  She was born and raised in Los Angeles,California and comes from a Latin heritage.  She speaks fluent Spanish and English.  Carolina currently works as a full time model and attends acting school as she aspires to become a Hollywood actress. During her spare time Carolina loves spending time with her family because family is a very important part of her life. She enjoys attending motivational speaking seminars with her father. She also has a passion for baking and as a result she is always looking for ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to stay physically fit by exercising at the gym, attending pilates classes, and by going on beautiful nature hikes.  She entered the pageant world with the desire to prepare and achieve her dream of becoming Miss Universe one day.  She feels that becoming Miss Universe would allow her to work with different organizations, travel the world to learn about different cultures and ultimately be able to help improve and impact the lives of others.  She wants to encourage young people to be confident, have faith and to not give up on their goals and aspirations.
